All walkers are invited to help Premier Cares Foundation raise funds to support local charities and prostate programs. With your help, last year we were able to raise over $100,000, and we hope to do even better this year! Form a team of up to 6 people (or fundraise on your own!) to compete with other teams to raise the most money and be eligible to win great prizes!
Just select whichever option is easiest for you below: paper-based fundraising or our online fundraising tool. If using paper, each fundraiser should fill out his or her individual fundraising sheet, and the team captain should record team members and totals on the team fundraising sheet, then submit this sheet with all funds raised to Premier Cares Foundation.
