Dr. Saba Afzal specializes in Family Medicine and practices out of Fishkill, NY. She earned her medical degree from the University of Punjab – King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan and completed her residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine – Hudson Valley Practice Residency Program in Poughkeepsie, NY. She has been living in the Hudson Valley for twenty years.
