If you prefer to speak with someone immediately, please call your provider's office during normal business hours (Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm except Holidays). No Show Fee Policy
If you do not give at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation of your scheduled appointment, a no-show fee may be billed to your account.
