Do I Need to Download an App?

No, app use is not required. The athenaPatient app is an optional feature to stay on top of your care at Premier. To use the athenaPatient app, you will need to register for the patient portal first. The athenaPatient app features:

  • Safe and secure login: Facial recognition and touch ID make login easy while keeping your data safe.
  • Access your health information: see your upcoming lab, imaging, and other medical test results when ready.
  • Connect with your care team: send a secure message at your convenience, even when the office is closed.
  • View upcoming appointments

Important Information:  Previous Health Records

Your health history is now in the process of being transferred to your AthenaHealth patient portal. We anticipate all of your records will be available on the athenaOne portal within 6-10 weeks after go-live. If you need access to your past medical records prior to this full transition, please get in touch with your provider’s office  #1-888-632-6099

 

Is My Information Secure?

AthenaHealth prioritizes patient information security by implementing robust technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect sensitive patient data, including encryption, secure data centers, and compliance with industry standards like HIPAA, ensuring unauthorized access to patient information is minimized; users are required to follow strict access controls and authentication procedures to access patient records.

 

How Do I Pay My Bill?

As Premier Medical Group transitions to our new billing system, some patients may receive two separate billing statements.  Both statements are correct, but balances cannot be combined.

  • Services Provided On or Before May 11, 2026
    These charges will appear on a statement from our previous billing system.
