We are excited to announce that on May 12, 2026, Premier will be transitioning to a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, athenaOne, designed to further enhance the care and experience we provide to our patients.

This advanced system will allow for faster access to your medical information, improved accuracy, and more seamless communication between your healthcare providers, specialists, laboratories, and pharmacies. By streamlining these processes, athenaOne helps ensure your care is more connected, efficient, and personalized.

What this means for you:

• Improved coordination across your care team
• Enhanced patient safety through more accurate and complete records
• Expanded access to your health information through our new and improved athenaOne Patient Portal – Please note that access to your current Patient Portal will no longer be available beginning Friday, May 8. If you need access to your medical records or chart information during this time, please contact your provider’s office directly. 
• More convenient tools for scheduling and communication
• Continued protection of your health information with advanced privacy and security measures

As we transition to this new system, we appreciate your patience as our team adapts to updated workflows.

For appointments starting May 12, we kindly ask that you:

• Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment
• Bring a valid photo ID (driver’s license) and your insurance card so we can ensure your information is accurately updated in our new system
