Premier Medical Group Launches Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Surveys

Our mission at Premier Medical Group is to deliver the highest quality, multi-specialty healthcare in the Hudson Valley through clinical excellence and compassionate care.

As part of that mission, this month, we will launch Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Surveys via email. With 12 locations across the Hudson Valley, and three multi-specialty divisions and growing, our success is incumbent upon the feedback from our patient community.

Who is Press Ganey?
Working with more than 10,000 health care organizations and 50% of all U.S hospitals, Press Ganey has been helping to improve the patient experience for nearly 30 years. Founded in 1985 by Dr. Irwin Press, PhD. and Dr. Rod Ganey, PhD., their goal is to improve clinical and business outcomes.

What will the surveys do?
The survey will be emailed to patients within a few days after their visit. The survey questions aim to gain insight regarding patient experience and care received. We are interested in drawing meaningful conclusions, so we ask that you please do you best to respond to the survey.

What questions will I be asked?
Questions may vary based on the particular information we are looking to receive at any given time. With selections ranging numerically from very poor to very good, each question prompts a specific level of care during your most recent office visit at Premier. The survey will conclude with a comment section where you can include additional thoughts, questions or concerns.

How often will I receive the surveys?
We will not flood your inbox with countless emails. Even if your medical situation requires numerous visits within a short period of time, surveys can only be sent to patients every 90 days. If you have comments or concerns you would like to bring to our attention and it has not been 90 days since your previous visit, please feel free to contact us and we’ll gladly respond!
