ARE YOU …
- At least 50 years old?
- At least 45 years old and have an immediate relative diagnosed with prostate cancer before their 65th birthday?
- At least 40 years old and have more than one immediate relative diagnosed before their 65th birthday?
If you answered yes, you may be eligible* for this free screening program.
Appointments are mandatory in order to receive the screening, which includes a physical exam and PSA blood test.
