Effective August 7, 2026, Kristen Prince, FNP, is no longer practicing with Community Primary Care – a division of Premier Medical Group. Kristen has made the decision to leave the practice to spend more time with her family, and we wish her all the best.
We understand how important it is to have a healthcare provider you know and trust, and we want to assure you that your continued care remains very important to us. Community Primary Care has several qualified providers who are currently accepting new patients and are available to continue your care.
For patients currently receiving Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) with Kristen, Dr. Rabi Sinha and Shannon Mulroony, PA-C, are available to provide ongoing HRT care and help ensure a smooth transition.
If you already have an appointment scheduled with Kristen, our office will be reaching out to you soon to reschedule your appointment with another provider.
