Premier Medical Group is pleased to announce that Kristen Prince, APRN, MSN, FNP-C, and Shannon Mulroony, PA-C, formerly of Dutchess Family Health, have joined Community Primary Care, a division of Premier Medical Group.
Kristen and Shannon will provide patient care at Premier Medical Group’s Community Primary Care office located at 49 Foster Road in Hopewell Junction, New York.
Kristen Prince, APRN, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in family practice and emergency medicine. A Hudson Valley resident for more than 20 years, she is passionate about providing personalized, accessible healthcare and helping patients achieve optimal wellness.
Kristen has advanced training in medical weight loss, men’s and women’s health, hormone replacement therapy, IV infusion therapy, peptide therapy, and functional medicine. As a certified functional medicine practitioner, she specializes in helping patients manage chronic conditions and persistent symptoms through individualized, whole-person care.
Joining Kristen is Shannon Mulroony, PA-C, a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in family medicine and a passion for providing personalized, patient-focused care. Shannon specializes in comprehensive primary care, emphasizing prevention, continuity, and individualized treatment plans that support lifelong health and wellness. She has experience caring for patients of all ages and has received additional training in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight management using GLP-1 receptor agonists. Shannon is committed to fostering meaningful patient relationships and empowering individuals to take an active role in their healthcare journey.
