At Premier Urology, our commitment has always been to provide the highest quality urologic care and the best possible experience for our patients. As part of that commitment, we continuously evaluate how we can improve the delivery, coordination, and consistency of care throughout our community.
After careful consideration, we have made the decision to focus our hospital-based services within a select group of partner hospitals. Effective June 15, 2026, the providers of Premier Urology will provide urologic care exclusively at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital, Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, and Health Alliance Hospital. Our providers will no longer maintain privileges at Vassar Brothers Medical Center and Northern Dutchess Hospital.
By concentrating our hospital services within these hospitals, we believe we can enhance the continuity of care, improve coordination among providers, and deliver a more consistent patient experience. This approach allows our physicians and clinical teams to work together more efficiently while ensuring access to the comprehensive resources and support needed to provide exceptional urologic care.
Most importantly, this change does not affect your relationship with your Premier Urology provider or the care you receive in our offices. Our physicians and staff remain dedicated to providing the compassionate, personalized care you have come to expect, and we look forward to continuing to serve your urologic health needs.
