Chef Scheib prepared a delicious, multi-course, White House-style state dinner featuring an evening of favorite dishes served to such distinguished guests as Jacques Chirac, Boris Yeltsin, and Nelson Mandela. He delighted and fascinated guests with White House insider’s tales and culinary insights. David Roosevelt, grandson of Franklin and Eleanor, joined Chef Scheib in sharing White House culinary memories of his times visiting his grandparents in the White House as well as dining experiences with other U.S. presidents.

Dr. Evan Goldfischer, Chairman of the Board of Premier Cares Foundation, said, “The evening was magnificent, and it was wonderful to see so many people enjoying themselves and supporting a great cause. Carlo Citera and his team from Cosimo’s Restaurant Group did an amazing job working in tandem with Chef Scheib to cater the event.”
